Charitable Organizations

Riezman Berger provides organizational advice and general counseling to charitable organizations. We regularly assist organizations with the incorporation and drafting of by-laws and other initial organizational documents. Additionally, we can prepare and file the application for tax exemption status, as well as assist with reporting and other requirements to maintain charitable status.
