Thomas R. Dever joined the Corporate Department of Riezman Berger, P.C. in 2023. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Thomas is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
Prior to joining the Firm, Thomas worked for a boutique law firm in Chicago with a focus on M&A transactions. He also clerked for the Honorable Cynthia Norton of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Missouri.
Thomas graduated with honors from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2016. He received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Corporate and Business Law Association. While in law school, Thomas received the CALI award for Remedies and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard Webber of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
