Riezman Berger has extensive experience in both the prosecution and defense of claims rising as results of misdeeds and mistakes in the business world. This includes claims for fraud, tortious interference with business expectancies, negligence, breaches of duties of loyalty, communication and disclosure, breaches of fiduciary duties and defamation and false light. In 2013, Riezman Berger presented Farrow v. St. Francis Hospital to the Missouri Supreme Court and helped further establish and clarify the tort of wrongful termination in violation of public policy.
