Marta C. Toczylowski
Marta joined Riezman Berger, P.C. in 2015 as an associate after clerking for three summers with the firm. She focuses her work in Trust and Estates, encompassing both Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration. Marta is licensed to practice in the state of Missouri.
Marta graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in History and graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Marta served as the Chair of the Moot Court Board, member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Treasurer of the Law Association for Women and Secretary of the St. Thomas More Society. She also assisted clients in both the Elder Law Clinic and Low-Income Housing Clinic. Upon graduation, Marta was selected to membership in The Order of Barristers.
Marta is a member of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis, The Women's Lawyers' Association of Greater St. Louis and The Young Lawyer's Division of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Marta serves as a Board Member on the Clayton Century Foundation and as a class representative in the Clayton Alumni Association. She is a member of Young Friends of Forest Park Forever, Young Friends of the Botanical Gardens, Young Friends of the Missouri History Museum, and Zoo Young Professionals.
