Commercial Litigation Associate

Riezman Berger, P.C. has an immediate opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will obtain or have experience with all phases of complex Commercial Litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients. Experience in both state and federal court is preferred. 

The candidate must have excellent academic record, superb writing skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgement, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and course of action.
