Since joining the firm in 2000, Richard Schnidman’s areas of practice have included real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, general corporate practice, securities law, probate and estate administration.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, where he was an Associate Editor of the Ohio Northern University Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, and is a member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association and Missouri Bankers Association, Bank Counsel Section. Prior to joining Riezman Berger, he served as Vice President and Assistant Legal Counsel for two multi-bank holding companies headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. |
