Since joining Riezman Berger in 2005, Christine M. Painter’s practice has been focused on counseling corporate entities and other clients in areas of general corporate governance, general business transactions, franchise law, and tax law. Chrissy holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington where she was a recipient of the Bernard A. Frick Scholarship.
While in law school Chrissy advocated for the rights of children as a Guardian Ad Litem, and prior to joining the firm, she acted as corporate sales counsel to a private corporation. Chrissy is licensed to practice law in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising. |
