Justin W. Ruth,

Principal

Justin W. Ruth practices in the area of personal injury law, including car and other vehicular accidents. He has recovered numerous monetary awards compensating his clients for injuries sustained due to another’s negligence.

Additionally, Justin handles domestic relations (family) law, including dissolution of marriage, modification, paternity, and adoption matters. He has negotiated and drafted numerous pre and postnuptial agreements and has also developed an expertise in the division of retirement assets, including Qualified Domestic Relations orders (QDROs). 

Justin received his undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia in 1997 and received his law degree in 2001 from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He has gained a reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable attorney. Justin has successfully represented clients in complicated and demanding matters both at trial and through detailed negotiation. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, The St. Louis County Bar Association, and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

Justin has lectured on various topics, both locally and nationally, and has authored articles for legal journals and legal education handbooks.  He is active in the St. Louis community and regularly volunteers his time to assist military veterans with their legal issues.

In 2020, Justin was appointed by the Supreme Court of Missouri as a member of the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel - Region XI Committee.
