Franchise, Distribution and Licensing Operations

Our experienced franchise and distribution lawyers assist clients in establishing new franchise, licensing and distribution agreements both domestically and internationally.  We are often involved in each facet of the franchise operations, starting with conceptualization of the franchise itself through drafting and registration and continuing on as general counsel to the franchisor as it implements and operates its franchise system. We advise clients on disclosure issues, enforcement of franchise, licensing and distribution agreements, operational assistance, purchasing cooperatives, and various other matters related to product and service distribution.
